CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-34 <br /> <br /> SECOND QUARTER 1994-95 FINANCIAL REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which <br /> includes any staff recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br /> corrections or actions needed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR 95:90) for the second quarter <br /> of 1994-95; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the second quarter marks the midyear point, and therefore, staff performed <br /> a more thorough "Midyear Review"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of that review, staff made numerous recommendations for budget <br /> amendments as outlined in that report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes the 1994-95 Operating Budget to be amended, per Appendix C <br /> of Staff Report 95:90. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Capital Improvement Program Budget to be amended, per <br /> Appendix G of Staff Report 95:90. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
