CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-30 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISIHNG TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY <br /> STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A <br /> Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 21, 1995, the City Council received and discussed <br /> reports (SR 95:94 and SR 95:95) from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities related to installation of stop signs at the intersections of Stoneridge <br /> Mall Road/Deodar Way and Stoneridge Mall Road/Embarcadero Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add <br /> subsections 3d-ll, 3e-8, 3s-18, and 3s-19; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for <br /> City Streets) is hereby amended by adding the following subsections to <br /> Section 3 (Stop Intersections): <br /> <br /> 3d-11 Deodar Way, at Stoneridge Mall Road; stopping traffic on Deedar <br /> Way. <br /> <br /> 3e-8 Embarcadero Court, at Stoneridge Mall Road; stopping traffic on <br /> Embarcadero Court. <br /> <br /> 3s-18 Stoneridge Mall Road, at Deedar Way; stopping traffic on <br /> Stoneridge Mall Road in both directions. <br /> <br /> 3s-19 Stoneridge Mall Road, at Embarcadero Court; stopping traffic on <br /> Stoneridge Mall Road in both directions. <br /> <br /> <br />
