CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-28 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MARTY WADEKAMPER <br /> AND TOM LAW AND APPOINTING LARRY LEVIN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Many Wadekamper and Tom Law were appointed to the Housing Authority <br /> Board of Commissioners, which terms expired on January 25, 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bert Malig was appointed to the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, but <br /> due to business reasons it was necessary for him to resign; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are interested in <br /> serving on the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners and evaluated their <br /> qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Marty Wadekamper and Tom Law are hereby reappointed as regular members of <br /> the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, which terms expire on <br /> January 25, 1999, or until such time as they are replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: Larry Levin is appointed as a regular member of the Housing Authority Board of <br /> Commissioners, to fill the unexpired term of Bert Malig, which term expires on <br /> January 25, 1996, or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 7, 1995 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy (g,(/tf~d'~o, Ci~ Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
