CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-26 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE 1995-96 ADVISORY <br /> BOARD FOR THE DOWNTOWN PLEASANTON <br /> BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has heretofore established a Downtown Pleasanton <br /> Business Improvement District (Chapter 5.28, Pleasanton Municipal Code); <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parking and Business hnprovement Area Law of 1989 (Streets and <br /> Highways Code §§36500 et seq.) requires the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton to appoint an advisory board, which board shall prepare a <br /> budget each fiscal year with a report describing the improvements and <br /> activities of the Downtown Improvement District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council reviewed the report of the Director of Finance (SR 95:77) <br /> regarding the recommendations of the Downtown Association for <br /> appointment to the advisory board. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The following persons are appointed to the 1995-96 Pleasanton Downtown <br /> Association Advisory Board: <br /> <br /> Dorothea Barlett-Schoenstein Harold Coursey <br /> Rob Earnest Maria English <br /> Alexis Gass Joanne Loitz <br /> <br /> <br />
