Resolution No. 95-24 <br />Page Two <br />Section 2: The City of Pleasanton will support the further study of a Tri-Valley <br />Regional Traffic Development Fee Study by contributing to the funding for <br />such a study provided that a satisfactory scope of work can be supported by <br />each member jurisdiction with a cost estimated not to exceed $10,000 per <br />jurisdiction. Prior to initiation of this fee study, the TVTC will establish <br />policy direction with respect to the parameters of a regional traffic fee <br />program. <br />Section 3: The City of Pleasanton will support a study of growth management, focused <br />on resolution of projected transportation service objectives and violations <br />identified in the Plan, provided that a satisfactory scope of work can be <br />supported by each member jurisdiction, with a cost estimate not-to-exceed <br />$5,000 per jurisdiction. <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 21, 1995 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers -Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br />t <br />Pegg zidro, ity Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
