CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-13 <br /> <br /> FIRST QUARTER 1994-95 FINANCIAL REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which includes <br /> any staff recommendations for budget amendments and technical corrections or <br /> actions needed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR 95:26) for the first quarter of <br /> 1994-95; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of that review, staff made recommendations for budget amendments <br /> as outlined in that report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The 1994-95 Operating Budget shall be amended, as outlined in Appendix A of <br /> Staff Report SR 95:26, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Capital Improvement Program Budget shall be amended per Appendix D of <br /> Staff Report SR 95:26. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 17, 1995 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ~e~ggy .
