CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-20 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED <br /> REALLOCATION SCHEDULES AND AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AMENDMENTS TO THE <br /> RESPECTIVE GROWTH MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS <br /> IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 21, 1995, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 95:66) regarding the <br /> semi-annual review and consideration of Growth Management reallocations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the City Council at which time members of the <br /> public presented testimony regarding the growth management reallocations; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the revised reallocation schedules shown in the attached Table 1, if <br /> Standard Pacific and other developers of the Garden Villages project agree to <br /> move 18 units from 1995 to 1998; if such agreement is not reached, approves the <br /> revised reallocation schedules shown in the attached Table 2. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to sign amendments to the respective Growth <br /> Management Agreements in accordance with the revised schedules. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 21, 1995, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> PeggflLaf.
