CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-19 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING GARY DOVE, HOWARD <br /> SEEBACH AND JERRY THORNE TO THE PARK AND <br /> RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Silva, Gary Dove, and Howard Seebach were appointed to the Park and <br /> Recreation Commission, which terms would expire on February 15, 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are interested in <br /> serving on the Park and Recreation Commission and evaluated their <br /> qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON P,F_~OLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Gary Dove is hereby reappointed as regular member of the Park and Recreation <br /> Commission, which term expires on February 15, 1999, or until such time as he <br /> is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: Howard Seebach is appointed as a regular member of the Park and Recreation <br /> Commission, which term expires on February 15, 1999, or until such time as he <br /> is replaced. <br /> <br />SeCtion 3: Jerry Thorne is appointed as alternate member of the Park and Recreation <br /> Commission, which term expires on February 15, 1999, or until such time as he <br /> is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 7, 1995 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> v eg gy r.o C,i' <br /> <br />Michael H.
