CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-18 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br /> DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF NEW <br /> CITIES DEVELOPMENT GROUP FOR <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF 43 SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES ON <br /> APPROXIMATELY 7.6 ACRES, AS FILED UNDER <br /> CASE PUD-94-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 7, 1995, the City Council received a proposed <br /> negative declaration for the application of New Cities Development Group, <br /> for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to <br /> construct 43 single-family homes on an approximately 7.6 acre site <br /> generally located at the northwest corner of the St. John Street/Pleasanton <br /> Avenue intersection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br /> November 4, 1994 and received the recommendations of the staff and <br /> Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given <br /> the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
