This benefit shall apply to all <br /> police and fire public safety employees included in the Pleasanton <br /> Management and Confidential group <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council of the City of Pleasanton shall implement Government <br /> Code Section 20023(c)(4) pursuant to Section 20615 by paying and <br /> reporting the value of Employer Paid Member Contributions for certain <br /> employees of the City of Pleasanton as indicated above. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective February 11, 1995. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 7, 1995 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggyc-/L. ~zi~dro, C~y Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
