WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 7, 1995, the City Council received a staff report (SR 95:35) recommending the abandonment of certain public service easements affecting Tract 6545, California Reflections, Kaufman & Broad, South Bay, Inc., which easements are more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, the easements have been relocated elsewhere and there are no public facilities located within the easements; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Pursuant to Section 8333 of the Streets and Highways Code and based upon the findings above that the public service easements have been relocated and there are no public facilities located within the easements, the public service easements described in Exhibit "A" are hereby vacated. Section 2: The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution of vacation to be recorded in the Office of the Alameda County Recorder. Section 3: That from and after the date the resolution is recorded, the public service easements vacated shall no longer constitute public service easements.
