CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-14 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FROM <br /> TRI-VALLEY COMMUNITY TELEVISION <br /> CORPORATION FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR <br /> VALLEY FORUM PROGRAMS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 17, 1995, the City Council received the report of <br /> the City Manager (SR 95:23) regarding a request from the Tri-Valley <br /> Community Television Corporation for additional funding for Valley Forum <br /> programs; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves a grant of up to $1,000 in matching funds for the remainder of <br /> fiscal year 1994-95 for CTV's "Valley Forum" programming. Payment is <br /> authorized only as reimbursement for actual costs incurred, up to the <br /> $1,000 limit. <br /> <br />SeCtion 2: Requests the Livermore City Council to reconsider its original decision, and <br /> join Pleasanton, San Ramon and Dublin in funding Valley Forum. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 17, 1995 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegg~/I~. ~zi~lro, ~ity Clerk <br />A~~a~TO~ <br />Michael H.
