CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING DAVID WRIGHT AS A <br />REGULAR MEMBER AND NEAL MEAGHER AS AN <br />ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES <br />COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />due to the reorganization o'f the membership makeup in the Art in Public Places <br />Committee, the membership held by a City Councilmember has become vacant; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are interested in <br /> serving on the Art in Public Places Committee and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />David Wright is appointed as the new member to replace the City Council <br />member on the Art in Public Places Committee. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Neal Meagher is appointed as the alternate member of the Art in Public Places <br />Committee, replacing David Wright. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 17, 1995 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: / / <br />Michael H.
