CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-07 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING DAVID WRIGHT AS <br /> ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES <br /> COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 1, 1994, the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br /> 94-11 which reaffirmed the roles and responsibilities of the Art in Public Places <br /> Committee and which determined that an alternate member should be appointed; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are interested in <br /> serving on the Art in Public Places Committee and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I: David Wright is hereby appointed as the Alternate Member of the Art in Public <br /> Places Committee, which term expires on January 3, 1999, or until such time as <br /> he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 3, 1995 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Pegged. ~zi~ro, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
