CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 95-04 RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PUD-80-16-9D, THE APPLICATION OF FIRST DEPOSIT CORPORATION FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL WHEREAS, First Deposit Corporation has applied for design review approval for an 83,600 square foot, two-story office building on a 13.9 acre site having two existing office buildings located at 4900-4940 Johnson Drive in the Signature Center Business Park; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O (Industrial/Commercial and Office) District; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the proposed design review; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 3, 1995; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-80-16, as well as the City's General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of First Deposit Corporation for design review approval for an 83,600 square foot, two-story office building on a 13.9 acre site having two existing office buildings located at 4900-494 Johnson Drive in the Signature Center Business Park, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
