CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-145 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> TO VARIOUS REGIONAL AND LOCAL BOARDS, <br /> COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 3, 1996, the City Council considered the report <br /> of the City Manager (SR 96:360); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the end of each year, Council reviews and revises as necessary the <br /> Council assignments, made by the Mayor, to regional and local boards and <br /> commissions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Mayor's appointments of Councilmembers <br /> to the various Boards, Commissions and Committees as set forth on Exhibit <br /> A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 3, 1996 BY THE <br /> FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Peggy ~. ~zi~lro, Cit~JClerk <br /> <br /> Michael H.
