Measure GG: Shall the Pleasanton Residential Buildout Initiative be <br /> adopted which provides that the maximum number of residential <br /> units at buildout shall not exceed 29,000 units and cannot be <br /> changed except by a vote of the people? <br /> <br /> Yes 17,388 <br /> No 5,710 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the municipal election consisted of electing one Mayor, two <br /> Councilmembers and one Treasurer; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The following person is hereby declared elected to the office of Mayor of <br /> the City of Pleasanton: <br /> <br /> Ben Tarver is elected for one full term (two years) from and after <br /> December 2, 1996, and until his successor is elected and qualified. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The following persons are hereby declared elected to the office of City <br /> Councilmember of the City of Pleasanton: <br /> <br /> Thomas P. Pico, Jr. and Kay Ayala are elected for one full term each (four <br /> years) from and after December 2, 1996, and until their successors are <br /> elected and qualified. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The following person is hereby declared elected to the office of Treasurer <br /> of the City of Pleasanton: <br /> <br /> Karin Mohr is elected for one full term of four years from and after <br /> December 2, 1996, and until her successor is elected and qualified. <br /> <br /> <br />
