37.2 Exercise Facilities <br /> <br /> All PCEA members shall have access to exercise facilities located in the City Police and <br /> Fire Departments on an availability basis. The City shall provide exercise facilities at the <br /> City Corporation Service Center. Employees agree to sign a hold harmless waiver prior <br /> to utilizing any City exercise facilities. PCEA members shall have access to City sports <br /> facilities on the fee and availability schedule established for City residents. <br /> <br /> 37.3 Temporary_ Employee Practices <br /> <br /> If anticipated changes to the City's temporary employment policy affects PCEA <br /> bargaining unit work, the City will discuss said policy changes with representatives of the <br /> PCEA. <br /> <br /> 37.4 Flexible Spending Accounts <br /> <br /> The City shall implement a flexible spending account for PCEA employees in <br /> accordance with the provisions oflRS Code 125, no later than July 1, 1997. Expenses <br /> included in the program shall include eligible child care and medical expenses. Any <br /> monthly administrative fee charged by the plan administrator shall be paid by the <br /> participating employee. <br /> <br /> 37.5 Commercial Driven License <br /> <br /> Employees required to possess commercial drivers licenses will be provided reasonable <br /> time off with pay to take medical and drivers examinations required to attain/maintain <br /> said license upon the approval of their supervisor.
