CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-113 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A PREANNEXATION <br /> AGREEMENT WITH FREDRICK REINHART FOR <br /> CONNECTION TO CITY SEWER SYSTEM <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the preannexation agreement between the City of Pleasanton and <br /> Fredrick W. Reinhart, regarding his property at 3627 Vineyard Avenue, a <br /> copy of which agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 15, 1996 BY THE <br /> FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> E1 k <br /> Peggy 1~. lgzigxo~ City er <br /> <br /> Michael H.
