Resolution No. 96-108 <br />Page Two <br /> <br /> New Program Participants 1996 1997 1998 1999 2000 <br /> <br /> Stoneridge Park (Standard Pacific) 0 55 24 0 0 <br /> Hacienda Residential (Signature) 150 75 119 0 0 <br /> Del Prado (New Cities) 34 0 0 0 0 <br /> <br />Section 2: Adopts the Table attached to this Resolution as Exhibit 1 which (1) shows <br /> the growth management approvals as allocated in Section 1, (2) estimates <br /> the building activity for (a) projects exempt from the growth management <br /> program, (b) custom lots in fully developed subdivisions, (c) projects with <br /> growth management approval not participating in the modified growth <br /> management program, and (d) custom lots not in fully developed <br /> subdivisions where the public improvements have been completed; and (3) <br /> indicates any growth management approval reservations. <br /> <br />Section 3: Establishes the growth management fee for new projects at $2,400/unit, <br /> although no new projects are approved at this time. <br /> <br /> Section 4: Authorizes the City Manager to sign amendments to the existing Growth <br /> Management Agreements with Marsh/Smith, Davidon Homes, Ruby Hill <br /> Joint Venture, Prudential and Signature Properties all in accordance with <br /> this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 17, 1996 BY THE <br /> FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
