The program has focused on rehabilitating
dwellings in need of major repairs which are occupied by low-income owners. During the
preceding five-year period, the program provided rehabilitation services to an average of
26 dwelling units per year through several different programs, including major rehabilitation,
minor home repair, mobile-home repair, seismic retrofitling, and disabled accessibility. When the project is complete, a regulatory agreement will maintain the
affordability of the apartments in the future.

12
