1996 EVALUATION: Objective met. A full-time, permanent Housing Development <br />Coordinator was assigned in 1994 to facilitate the production of affordable housing in the City. <br /> <br /> Policy 8: Er=eurage <br /> <br /> f'amrc Plca;=::cn <br /> <br /> Program 8.1: Use the Growth Management Program to establish <br /> an annual objective for moderate-income housing units one year <br /> in advance of Growth Management allocations. This allocation <br /> should take into account the information contained in the Growth <br /> Management Report including housing need, job growth, <br /> jobs/housing ~~~, General Plan policies, regional <br /> share allocations, etc. <br /> <br /> Responsible Agency: City Council <br /> Time Period: Annually <br /> Funding Source: Not Applicable <br /> <br />1996 EVALUATION: Objective met. Continue Program.
