Continue program. City staff has prepared an annual <br />Growth Management Report for the City Council which has been used to determine annual <br />objectives for the approval of housing units, including the consideration of affordability levels. <br /> <br /> Program 7.2: Grant priority within each year's Growth <br /> Management allocation to those projects fulfilling the lower-income <br /> housing objective established above. <br /> <br /> Responsible Agency: City Council <br /> Time Period: Annually <br /> Funding Source: Not Applicable <br /> <br />1996 EVALUATION: Objective met. Continue program. This program gives developers a <br />further incentive to propose lower-income housing in their projects. The City Council granted <br />priority to projects with lower income housing units through the growth management program <br />during the years of 1991, 1992, 1994, and 1995. <br /> <br /> Program 7.3: Require the duration of low-income set-aside units <br /> within apathuent projects to be a minimum of 30 years, wherever <br /> possible. <br /> <br /> Responsible Agency: City Council <br /> Time Period: Ongoing <br /> Funding Source: Not Applicable <br /> <br /> 1996 EVALUATION: Objective met.
