Medium and High Density Residential Range <br /> <br /> Modify all relevant provisions of the General Plan Map and text to define and <br /> incorporate the Medium and High Density Residential ranges, as follows: <br /> <br /> "Medium Density Residential - Between two and eight dwelling units per gross <br /> developable acre." <br /> <br /> "High Density Residential Greater than eight dwelling units per gross <br /> developable acre. <br /> <br />Specific Plan Reference to Streets <br /> <br /> Modify page II-7, paragraph 3, to read as follows: "Specific Plan - All properties lying <br /> within the boundaries of a Specific Plan Area are subject to the land uses, densities, <br /> public improvements, and other requirements specified in the Specific Plan prepared for <br /> that area.
