CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-86 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> MASTER FEE RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 REGARDING <br /> FIRE CODE PERMITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee Schedule) lists fees and <br /> charges for the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 6, 1996, the City Council received <br /> the Staff Report (SR 96:232) from the Fire Chief <br /> recommending an amendment to the fee schedule to update <br /> the fees for inspection and related services of the Fire <br /> Department. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section VI of the Master Fee Schedule is amended to read as set forth in the <br /> attached exhibit. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
