CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br /> DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF <br /> PATCO ENTERPRISES, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> PUD-96-09 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 3, 1996, the City Council received a proposed <br /> negative declaration for the application of Patco Enterprises for Planned <br /> Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for eleven <br /> clustered, single-family detached units on a 1.66 acre lot located at 4110 <br /> Del Valle Parkway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 26, <br /> 1996, and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br /> Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held at which time the public was given <br /> the oppommity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br /> rezoning and development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council fmds that the proposed rezoning and development plan <br /> would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Patco Enterprises <br /> for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for <br /> eleven clustered, single-family detached units on a 1.66 acre lot located at <br /> 4110 Del Valle Parkway, as filed under Case PUD-96-09. <br /> <br /> <br />
