CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-74 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> AND LEVYING THE 1996-97 ASSESSMENT FOR <br /> LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE DISTRICT NO. 1995-2, <br /> LAGUNA OAKS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on June 18, 1996 <br /> on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment for Lighting and <br /> Landscape District No. 1995-2, Laguna Oaks; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there were no protests regarding the proposed assessments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SeCtion 1: The City Council confirms the Engineer' s Report, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby levies the 1996-97 annual assessments in connection <br /> with the Lighting and Landscape District No. 1995-2, Laguna Oaks, as described <br /> in the Engineer's Report. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 18, 1996 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, and Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy L.°' ~id(,6, ~City Cl~k <br /> <br />Michael H.
