Adopt the mid-term budget as submitted but make any modifications desired to the <br /> recommended projects to be funded by the Temporary Recession Reserve and the <br /> Capital Projects Reserve. Other projects could include those previously discussed <br /> by the Council, staffs recommendation to appropriate $250,000 to the CIP City Hall <br /> Expansion and Renovation project included earlier in this report or other options <br /> including retaining the existing reserves for future needs. <br /> <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br /> Adoption of the budget establishes revenue and expenditure authorization for the upcoming <br /> year. In addition, approval of the Capital Improvement Program authorizes new CIP <br /> projects to be developed.
