CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-62 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER <br /> IMPROVEMENTS, LANDS CAPE AND LIGHTING <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1993-1 (PURSUANT TO THE <br /> LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council intends to levy and collect assessments within Landscape and <br /> Lighting Assessment District No. 1993-1 (Windsor) during fiscal year 1996-97. <br /> The area of land to be assessed is located in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br /> County. <br /> <br />Section 2: The improvements to be made in this assessment district are generally described <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> Maintenance of the masonry walls, trees, shrubbery, groundcover, and irrigation <br /> systems situated on the northeast side of Tapestry Way and Minton Court, Lot A <br /> in the northwest corner of the subdivision and also Lot C in the southwest corner <br /> of the subdivision. <br /> <br />Section 3: In accordance with this Council's resolution directing the filing of an annual <br /> report, Randall A. Lum, Engineer of Work, has filed with the City Clerk the <br /> report required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All interested <br /> persons are referred to that report for a full and detailed description of the <br /> improvements, the boundaries of the assessments upon assessable lots and parcels <br /> of land within the assessment district. <br /> <br />Section 4: On Tuesday, the 18th day of June 1996, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., the City <br /> Council will conduct a public hearing on the question of the levy of the proposed <br /> annual assessment. The hearing will be located in the City Council Chambers, <br /> 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />Section 5: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to give the notice of hearing required <br /> by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br />Section 6: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
