-- 9109 226 DESCRIPTION OF ' DEL VALLE PARKWAY VACATION ' All that real property situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows; Being a portion of Parcel Map No. 5814, filed April 25, 1991 in Book 196 of Parcel Maps at Pages 69 to 73, Records of Alameda County, California, and described as follows; Beginning at the northwest corner of that certain parcel named "REMAINDER PARCEL", said point being also a point on the southerly right of way line of DEL VALLE PARKWAY (92 feet wide) as shown on the aforesaid Parcel Map No. 5814, thence from said point of beginning and along the westerly boundary of said Parcel Map No. 5814 N 8° 35' 00" E 39.50 feet, thence parallel with and 39.50 feet northerly from said southerly right of way of DEL VALLE PARKWAY (92 feet wide) the following three courses, S 81° 25' 00" E 19.69 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the northwest having a radius 439.50 feet, thence northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 39° 18' 51" and having a length of 301.57 feet, thence N 59° 16' 09" E 148.99 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the south having a radius of 50 feet, thence northeasterly easterly and southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 91° 01' 50" and having a length of 79.44 feet to the beginning of a compound curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 896 feet, a radial line through said beginning of reverse curve bears S 60° 18' 12" W, thence southeasterly along said compound curve through a central angle of 2° 40' 40" and having a length of 41.87 feet to a point of cusp with a curve concave to the south having a radius of 50 feet and to which point a radial bears N 62° 58' 52" E, said point of cusp being also a point on the westerly right of way of BERNAL AVENUE (104 feet wide) as shown on aforesaid map of Parcel Map No. 5814, thence northwesterly westerly and southwesterly along said right of way through a central angle of 93° 42' 43" and having a length of 81.78 feet, to a point on the southerly line of DEL VALLE PARKWAY (92 feet wide) thence S 59° 16' 09" W 147.35 to the beginning of a curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 479 feet, thence southwesterly and westerly along said curve through a central angle of 39° 18' 51" and having a length of 328.67 feet, thence N 81° 25' 00" W 19.69 feet to the point of beginning of this description. Containing 0.485 acres more or less. EXCEPTING THEREFROM a 10 foot wide PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT (PSE) along the general northerly and northeasterly line of the above described parcel.
