CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-75 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REDUCING AN EXISTING PERMIT <br /> PARKING ZONE TO INCLUDE PORTIONS OF SCHOOL <br /> AND GRAHAM STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City of Pleasanton Ordinance No. 1376 establishes the procedures for Residential <br /> Permit Parking Zones; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above-referenced Ordinance requires that specific zone boundaries be <br /> approved by a City resolution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby establishes a reduction to the Residential Permit Parking <br /> Zone as detailed on Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br />S~ction 2: The area detailed in Exhibit A shall consist of eliminating permit parking at 4066 <br /> and 4078 School Street and 4100 and 4114 Graham Street. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 18, 1996 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, and Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Peggy f_,.{'/E~dro, Cit~/Clerk <br /> <br /> Michael H.
