CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-71 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1996-97 CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager presented a staff report (SR 95:210) to the City Council <br /> outlining a proposed Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years 1995-96 <br /> through 1999-2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council in 1995, adopted a Capital Improvement Program for <br /> fiscal years 1995-96 through 1999-2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 18, 1996, Council reviewed Staff Report 96:197 <br /> regarding proposed amendments to the Capital Improvement Program for <br /> 1996-97; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 18, 1996 to review the 1996-97 Capital <br /> Improvement Program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council adopts amendments to the adopted Capital Improvement Program <br /> for the 1996-97 Capital Improvement Program Budget as described in Staff <br /> Report SR 96: 197. <br /> <br />Section 2: Council approves appropriation of funding as indicated in the program to <br /> meet fiscal years 1996-97 projects. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
