CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-53 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br /> DECLARATION FOR PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> PUD-96-03 (AUF DER MAUR) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 21, 1996, the City Council received a proposed <br /> negative declaration for the application of Frank Auf der Maur for Planned <br /> Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a four-lot <br /> subdivision, retaining the existing single-family residence and constructing <br /> three new units, on property located at 4027 Vineyard Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br /> Februaxy 1, 1996 and received the recommendations of the staff and <br /> Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given <br /> the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br /> PUD rezoning and development plan approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan <br /> approval would not have any si~i~cant adverse effects on the <br /> environment:; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no <br /> potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
