CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-49 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> WESLEY FELTON FOR CONNECTION TO CITY <br /> WATER SYSTEM <br /> <br />NOW, THEEFOE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Wesley Felton, <br /> regarding his property at 657 Happy Valley Road, a copy of which <br /> agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON MAY 21, 1996 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegg3~L.UE/l~dr~, Cit~/Clerk <br /> <br /> Michael H.
