CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-45 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING BERT FELIX AS AN <br /> ADULT ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE YOUTH <br /> COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 7, 1996, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9640, adding an <br /> adult sitemate member to the Youth Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are <br /> interested in serving on the Youth Commission and evaluated their <br /> qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Bert Felix is hereby appointed to the position of adult sitemate member of <br /> the Youth Commission, which term expires on April 30, 1998, or until such <br /> time as hc is rcplaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON MAY 7, 1996 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Molar, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy~.cjE2ff'dri}, City ~lerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
