CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> SECOND QUARTER 1995-96 FINANCIAL REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which <br /> includes any staff recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br /> corrections or actions needed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR96: 120) for the second quarter <br /> of 1995-96; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the second quarter marks the midyear point, and therefore, staff performed <br /> a more thorough "Midyear Review"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of that review, staff made numerous recommendations for budget <br /> amendments as outlined in that report. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: That the 1995-96 Operating Budget be amended, per Appendix B of Staff <br /> Report Number SR96: 120. <br /> <br /> Section 2: That the Capital Improvement Program Budget be mended, per Appendix H <br /> of Staff Report Number SR96: 120. <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
