CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-17 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING GROWTH <br /> MANAGEMENT APPROVAL, ESTABLISHING ~ <br /> GROWTH MANAGEMENT FEE FOR ~ NEW <br /> PROJECTS AT $2330 PER UNIT, AND AUTHORIZING <br /> ~ CITY MANAGER TO SIGN GROWTH <br /> MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS (OR AMENDMENTS <br /> TFIF~RETO) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 20, 1996, the City Council reviewed the report of <br /> the Director of Planning and' Community Development (SR 96:58) <br /> regarding the semi-annual review and consideration of growth management; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public heating at which the public presented <br /> testimony regarding the matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes growth management approval for the following projects, subject <br /> to the Del Prado project paying a growth management fee of $2330 per unit <br /> at the time building permits are obtained. <br /> <br /> 1995 1996 1997 1998 1999 <br /> <br /> MoHer Ranch OVIoHer Properties) 51 26 20 <br /> Del Prado (New Cities) 34 <br /> <br /> <br />
