CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-14 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING CHRISTINE STEINER <br /> TO THE ALAMEDA COUNTY COMMUNITY <br /> HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term of Pleasanton's representative to the Alameda County Community <br /> Housing Authority has expired; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are <br /> interested in serving on the Alameda County Community Housing <br /> Authority and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Christine Steiner is hereby reappointed to the Alameda County Community <br /> Housing Authority. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shah become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 6, 1996 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Peg(~~ .' o, Cityfl~~ <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
