CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-13 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING COMPENSATION FOR <br /> MICHAEL H. ROUSH AS CITY ATTORNEY OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michael H. Roush was appointed City Attorney of the City of Pleasanton <br /> on September 26, 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the salary and benefits for the City Attorney were most recen~y established <br /> by the adoption of Resolution No. 94-148; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in order to mend the City <br /> Attorney's compensation resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The annual salary for the City Attorney is adjusted to $103,640 effective <br /> September 1, 1995. <br /> <br />Section 2: A fiat bonus of $3,048, representing 3% of the annual salary, is granted. <br /> <br />Section 3: All other terms and conditions of employment as identified in Resolution <br /> No. 94-148 remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 4: The 1995-97 Budget of the City of Pleasanton is mended accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
