CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-12 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING COMPENSATION FOR <br /> DEBORAH ACOSTA AS CITY MANAGER OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Deborah Acosta was appointed City Manager of the City of Pleasanton on <br /> March 5, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the salary and benefits for the City Manager were most recently established <br /> by the adoption of Resolution No. 94-149; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in order to mend the City <br /> Manager's compensation resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The annual salary for the City Manager is adjusted to $107,226 effective <br /> September 1, 1995. <br /> <br />Section 2: A fiat bonus of $3,064, representing 3% of the annual salary, is granted. <br />Section 3: The monthly car allowance is increased to $400 per month. <br /> <br />Section 4: All other terms and conditions of employment as identified in Resolution <br /> No. 90-34 remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 5: The 1995-97 Budget of the City of Pleasanton is mended accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 6: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
