CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96O8 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> MASTER FEE RESOLUTION NO. 92..100 REGARDING <br /> PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL PERMITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee Schedule) lists fees and <br /> charges for the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 16, 1996, the City Council received <br /> the Staff Report (SR 96:20) of the Director of Building <br /> ln-~pection recommending an amendment to the fee schedule <br /> to provide a simplified way to calculate the fees for plumbing <br /> and mechanical permits for residential construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOL~S AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section IV D and IV E of the Master Fee Schedule is amended to read as <br /> set forth in the attached exhibit <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shah become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
