CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-04 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING GROWTH <br /> MANAGEMENT APPROVAL TO THE STANLEY <br /> SENIORS PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 2, 1996, the City Council considered the request <br /> of Red Bear, Inc. for growth management approval of its Stanley Seniors <br /> Project, a lower income housing project (SR 95:371); and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes 94 units for growth management approval in 1995 for the <br /> Stanley Seniors project, subject to the 94 building permits being obtained <br /> for the project by March 31, 1996. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Manager is authorized to sign a Growth Management Agreement <br /> with Red Bear, Inc. in accordance with this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 2, 1996 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Molar, and Pico <br />NOES: Mayor Tarvet <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Peggy~.(~dr~6, Cit~Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
