CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-01 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 <br /> (MASTER FEE SCHEDULE) RELATING TO SECTION X. <br /> SEWER RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) and the City of Pleasanton <br /> jointly utilized the services of a utility rate consultant to perform a detailed sewer <br /> rate analysis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public heating was held and staff presented a report (SR 95:422) to the City <br /> Council at its regularly scheduled meeting on December 5, 1995, regarding <br /> recommended sewer rate adjustments for calendar year 1996. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section X of the Master Fee Schedule relating to sewer rates, fees, and charges is <br /> hereby mended per Attachment A. <br /> <br />Section 2: Local Rates shall become effective January 11, 1996 (30 days after final adoption <br /> of OrdinanceNo. 1671). <br /> <br />Section 3: Kegional rates shall become effective on January 11, 1996. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUAKY 2, 1996 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Michael H.
