CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-006 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING COMPENSATION FOR <br /> DEBORAH ACOSTA AS CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Deborah Acosta was appointed City Manager of the City of Pleasanton on <br /> March 5, 1990 with compensation and benefits established in Resolution No. <br /> 90-34; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the salary and benefits for the City Manager were most recently established by the <br /> adoption of Resolution No. 97-121 and Resolution No. 98-116 approving the <br /> Management Pay and Performance Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in order to amend the City Manager's <br /> compensation resolution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The annual salary for the City Manager is adjusted to $131,279 effective <br /> September 1, 1998. <br /> <br />Section 2: The monthly car allowance is $400 per month. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Manager will continue to have full use of a cellular phone, computer and <br /> fax at home, with incidental personal expenses reimbursed. <br /> <br /> Section 4: Eighty (80) hours of administrative leave is provided annually. <br /> <br /> Section 5: All other terms and conditions of employment as identified in Resolution No. <br /> 90-34 and Resolution No. 98-116 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> Section 6: The 1997-99 Budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended accordingly. <br /> Section 7: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
