CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RE S OLUTI ON NO. 98 - 162 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCILMEMBERS TO <br /> VARIOUS REGIONAL AND LOCAL BOARDS, <br /> COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each December, Council reviews and revises as necessary the Council assignments <br /> made by the Mayor to regional and local boards, commissions and committees; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 1, 1998, the City Council considered the report of the <br /> City Manager (SR 98:342); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Mayor's appointments of Councilmembers to the <br /> various Boards, Commissions and Committees as set forth on Exhibit A, attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 1, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy I~. gzi~ro~ City ~lerk <br />~S Z/yF~__~_ <br />Michael H.
