E~IT B <br /> <br /> LAUREL CREEK ESTATES GHAD <br /> REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />A. On a periodic basis during each year, the GHAD will perform the following: <br /> <br /> 1. Monitoring and maintenance of the following items: <br /> <br /> (a) lined drainage ditches <br /> (b) Piezometers and hydraugers <br /> (c) survey points and benchmarks <br /> (d) subsurface drains <br /> (e) drainage outlets <br /> <br /> 2. Mitigation measures: <br /> <br /> (a) erosion control <br /> (b) slope repair, as needed <br /> <br /> 3. Other items included within the GHAD Plan of Control. <br /> <br /> B.
