CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-147 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF JERRELL THOMAS AS FILED <br /> UNDER CASE PUD-98-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 17, 1998, the City Council received a proposed <br /> negative declaration for the application of Jerrell M. and Vicki J. Thomas for <br /> Planned Unit Development plan approval to create a buildable single-family <br /> residential lot approximately 1.24 acres in size and for construction of one, <br /> approximately 5,000 sq.ft., one- and two-story home located at 8098 Bethel Lane, <br /> as filed under Case PUD-98-10; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 28, 1998, <br /> and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
