CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 98-142 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NORTH SYCAMORE SPECIFIC PLAN FINANCING PLAN AND TECHNICAL REPORT WHEREAS, on June 16, 1992, the City Council adopted the Noah Sycamore Specific Plan for the Noah Sycamore area, a 135-acre area generally located noah of Sycamore Road, east of Sunol Boulevard, and south of the Mission Park and Ventana Hills neighborhoods; and WHEREAS, on February 17, 1998, the City Council approved the Greenbriar Sycamore Valley Company's Planned. Unit Development plan for a 111-unit single-family residential development in the North Sycamore Specific Plan area; and WHEREAS, as part of the Greenbriar PUD approval, the City Council conditionally approved a preliminary financing plan in order to pay for the area-wide public infrastructure improvements; and WHEREAS, the Greenbriar Sycamore Valley Company, as a Banding developer, has submitted a modified financing plan which identifies the basic infrastructure and related costs necessary to implement the Noah Sycamore Specific Plan; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 3, 1998, the City Council considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff and determined that the Noah Sycamore Specific Plan Infrastructure Financing Plan and Technical Report, dated October 13, 1998, is consistent with the provisions of the Noah Sycamore Specific Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Noah Sycamore Specific Plan Infrastructure Financing Plan and Technical Report dated October 13, 1998, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
