CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-139 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE <br /> (RESOLUTION 92-100) TO ADOPT A TRAFFIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT FEE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a Master Fee Schedule by Resolution <br /> 92-100, as amended; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 1765, which adds a new Chapter 3.26 <br /> to the Municipal Code regarding a Traffic Development Fee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a noticed public hearing on October 20, 1998 to consider <br /> rates for the proposed Traffic Development Fee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and considered the staff report, and all oral and <br /> written testimony. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council amends the Master Fee Schedule to add the Traffic Development <br /> Fees, as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The amendments to the Master Fee Schedule shall become effective January 3, <br /> 1999, the effective date of Ordinance No. 1765. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
