CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-138 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE <br /> (RESOLUTION 92-100) TO ADOPT A PUBLIC FACILITIES <br /> FEE AND REPEAL PRIOR FEES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a Master Fee Schedule by Resolution <br /> 92-100, as amended, which sets forth the Residential Construction Tax, Growth <br /> Management Fees for capital facilities and public needs, and the Capital <br /> Improvement Fee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 1764, which adds a new Chapter 3.22 <br /> to the Municipal Code regarding a Public Facilities Fee which supersedes the <br /> previous fees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a noticed public hearing on October 20, 1998 to consider <br /> rates for the proposed Public Facilities Fee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and considered the staff report, and all oral and <br /> written testimony. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council amends the Master Fee Schedule to add the Public Facilities <br /> Fees, as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section2: The City Council further amends the Master Fee Schedule to remove the <br /> Residential Construction Tax, Growth Management Fees for capital facilities and <br /> public needs, and the Capital Improvement Fee. <br /> <br />Section 3: The amendments to the Master Fee Schedule shall become effective January 3, <br /> 1999, the effective date of Ordinance No. 1764. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
